We offer staff recruitment, consulting and advice on all issues. We take care of assessing needs, employee search and interview, preparation of documents such as seasonal work certificates, seasonal work permits or seasonal visas.

If necessary, an employment relationship is concluded between our company and the employee, in this case we fulfill the employer's obligations in accordance with the Finnish legislation.

We order the necessary work documents from the Finnish Immigration Service, ensure the validity period of the employees' insurances, organize logistics, introduce tasks and support employees during their stay in Finland.
STAGES OF COOPERATION
Cooperation with our customer is divided into six phases:
- The customer sends us an order request either by e-mail or directly from the website (via the contact form) or by phone.
- We are looking for suitable employees and send a list of selected persons for approval.
- The customer sends us job invitations for employees.
- We order the necessary documents for work.
- The customer determines the arrival time of employees.
- The workers arrive one day before the official start of work.
